Lettuce

Iceberg lettuce is crunchy, crispier in texture than other lettuce varieties and somewhat sweet in flavour. It has a compact leafy head and wide in shape leaves.

Also known as Cos, this variety of head forming lettuce has deep green, long leaves with a crisp texture and deep taste. It grows in a tall head of sturdy leaves with firm ribs down their centers. Unlike most lettuces, it is tolerant of heat.
